Thank you for choosing ETHOS Personal Wellness for your personal training needs. We are committed to the satisfaction of our clients and have outlined our refund policy below. Please read it carefully to understand how we handle refunds.

2. session cancellations

  • 2.1 Advance Notice: Clients are required to cancel or reschedule a training session at least [24] hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than [24] hours notice will be charged in full to the client.

  • 2.2 Refund for Timely Cancellations: If you cancel with the required notice, you may be eligible for a refund or credit towards a future session, depending on the circumstances.

3. package refunds

  • 3.1 Unused Sessions: Clients who have purchased multiple-session packages but decide to discontinue their training may be eligible for a refund for unused sessions. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of sessions used, minus a [percentage/administrative fee].

  • 3.2 Used Sessions: Sessions that have already been attended are not eligible for a refund.

  • 5.1 Doctor’s Note: Clients who are unable to continue training due to medical reasons may request a refund for remaining sessions. A doctor’s note must be provided to qualify for this refund.
